Rayan Salisu from Ghana has proven himself an excellent student of business administration with a deep understanding of the benefits of a multi-cultural environment, as well as possessing strong creative writing skills. As former Student Council President, Rayan often stated that at IU students meet the world under one roof.
A solemn praise to the International University
In you the world lives, And in you, the world takes its inspirations. Again, through you, it manifests itself.
You prepare students from all parts of the world with realities and not fantasies. You make students of the world realize their dreams of serving mother world. Your place in the history of the world is the most vibrant and meaningful place.
Many proclaim that they are older than you, But you teach them what their ages could not teach them. Others boost of how gigantic they are, But you fight what their sizes could not fight.
You matched time more than it thought you could match it, As if that was enough, time came again with many mighty tides that you had to battle on countless occasions.
Winning knows how to treat you, because you where among those it set out with when it started its journey of conquering.
And that is why; People from the east are proud of your strength. Those from the north always pray for your long life. Those from the west are also always thanking you for your caring and affections. The south is still singing to you the praises that it started since you served it.
Together, they send to you again their heart-warming gratitude each and everyday. They say thank you, and thank you for all that you have done for them.
