In recognition of the Tennessee Board of Regents' goal of enhancing international programs system-wide, Tennessee Tech University is initiating a new Memorandum of Understanding between Tennessee Tech University and The International University and agrees to cooperate in the development of academic and cultural exchanges which further this goal. This agreement is for a period of five years beginning 2008. The agreement is a general enabling document for inter-institutional cooperation between the two institutions. Specific areas of cooperation between the two institutions, subject to necessary approvals of both parties, include, but are not limited to: (1) Exchange of students for credit instruction; (2) Exchange of faculty members; (3) Special short-term academic programs.
This new Trans-Atlantic partnership will be an asset to both institutions.
